In order to assure privacy and a restful atmosphere for our guests, tours of private areas are not
given during operating hours. Special tours of these facilities can be arranged by appointment, before or
after hours. Tours can be arranged through the Manager.
treatments are available to Turning Stone guests
age 12 and over. Young adults age 12 - 17, may engage
in our specifically designed young adult services.
Tower Fitness Club is complimentary to all guests age 18 and over, who book Spa services or to Spa guests age 15 - 17, when accompanied by an adult. To ensure safety, proper closed-toe fitness shoes and clothing are required in the Tower Fitness Club. Group classes and personal training are also available for a nominal fee. Please contact the Spa Desk or Tower Fitness Club for information.

various options for our young patrons ages 12 - 17.
All minors must have a completed parental consent form
prior to receiving services. Our young guests will also be
required to wear loose clothing during massage
or body treatments.
We offer massage, body treatments, beauty salon and skin care services. Massage and body treatments have certain restrictions such as providing same gender therapists for our young guests. Please call us for more information. Recommended services include the Foot Refresher Massage, the Peter Thomas Roth Acne Facial and an Ice Cream Pedicure.

calling 1.315.361.7602. To ensure availability of your preferred service and time, please call our
reservations staff as far in advance as possible.
We request notification 24 hours before the appointment to cancel or re-schedule appointments. The full value of the service will be charged for re-scheduling or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment. No-show appointments will be charged the full value of the service.
In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities are left to your discretion. Envelopes are provided at the Spa desk or gratuities may be added to your room or credit card charge.
