Classes

Cardio Circuit - Boredom will not be an issue while you perform your cardio, using the step, high/low, kickbox, and exercise ball.

Cardio Dance - This fun and energizing cardio class will teach the basics of latin dance and other styles of dance choreography to keep your mind thinking and your body moving.

Cardioga - Begin this class with an energizing mix of cardio, then stretch and lengthen the muscles with flowing Vinyasa style Yoga. It's a perfect combination.

Core Basics - This class will use the exercise ball to tone and coordinate the muscles between the ribs and hips.

Morning & Afternoon Walking Tours - Our outdoor guide will escort you, at your own pace, along our mile long fitness trail, which includes fitness stations for an optional added challenge.

Pilates - Taught in the classical style developed by Joseph Pilates, this class will focus on performing each exercise with precision and mindfulness.

R & R - "Release and Realign", using the foam rollers, learn ways to massage sore muscles and improve posture, leaving the body more relaxed, supple, and in better alignment.

Vinyasa Yoga - Flowing with the breath, each movement will be linked from pose to pose to create an easy to follow series of movements that will leave the body warmed up, rejuvenated and balanced.
