Tours

In order to assure privacy and a restful atmosphere for our guests, tours of private spa areas are not given during spa operating hours. Special tours of these facilities can be arranged by appointment, before or after hours. Tours can be arranged through the Spa Director.

Admission

Spa treatments are available to Turning Stone Resort · Casino guests age 17 and older.

Scheduling an Appointment

Spa, Salon and Fitness appointments may be scheduled at the Spa Desk between the hours of 8am and 10pm.

Please call us as far in advance as possible to ensure availability of your requested service. Our spa reservations staff can help you plan your special spa experience. We require a major credit card or hotel room number and telephone number to confirm your appointment. Reservations are subject to availability.

Rescheduling or Canceling an Appointment

We request notification 24 hours before the appointment to cancel or re-schedule appointments. The full value of the service will be charged for re-scheduling or for cancellations made past the 24-hour notice. No-show appointments will be charged the full value of the service.

Gratuities

In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities are left to your discretion. Envelopes are provided at the Spa desk or gratuities may be added to your room or credit card charge.

Special Requests

Based on availability, we will do our best to accommodate special requests. Please make your preferences for male or female therapists known at the time of booking your appointment.

Gift cards for spa, salon and fitness services and spa retail items are an ideal year-round gift for any special occasion. Inquire at Spa Reception or click here to purchase a gift card online.

Boutique

Bring the spa experience home with you. Your favorite spa products used in all of our treatments, spa home ware, and spa gift items are available in our spa boutique.

Café

Enjoy light fare, emphasizing healthy, fresh and organic foods with extraordinary flavor. The Café offers an opportunity to enjoy good food and company before or after treatments.
