Turning Stone Resort has a deserved reputation as one of America's premier golf destinations. Its five spectacular golf courses, including three championship layouts created by designers Tom Fazio, Robert Trent Jones Jr., and Rick Smith, consistently rank among the most honored in the Northeast.
Tennis
The Sportsplex at Turning Stone offers our guests Decoturf tennis courts. This medium paced surface, also used at the US Open, will provide our guests with hours of enjoyment. Plus, we are the number one retail tennis store in central New York.
We also provide two racquetball courts.
Racquetball
You can flex your competitive streak at the Racquetball club at the Sportsplex at Turning Stone. Guests have the opportunity to play on one of our two indoor racquetball courts. This high energy, fast paced sport is sure to give you the workout you've been looking for. Equipment, including goggles, is available for all guests at no additional charge. Proper footwear is required.
Fishing
Salmon Acres is located directly on New York's world renowned Salmon River, home of trophy king salmon. You will have private access and exclusive use of our 1,500 feet of waterfront property and all lodging is steps away from the river with wooded, handicapped accessible trails.
Hunting
Our property is one of the largest, privately owned hunting preserves on the East Coast. We are situated on 3,000 acres of the best natural hunting habitat in New York State. This includes a mix of forest, streams, ponds and thick cover, making our animals’ growth potential unlimited. We practice quality deer management and have an active breeding program. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with the hunt of a lifetime and guarantee a memorable and challenging experience.
You’ll find three pools throughout the Resort. The Tower Fitness Club pool is open to members and guests over 18 years of age. The pools at The Hotel and The Lodge are open to guests staying in the respective venues.
