The Crescent Policies

Turning Stone Resort Casino is the sole provider of all food and beverage at the resort and golf courses, including alcohol. Alcoholic beverages that are not purchased through Turning Stone are not permitted to be brought onto the premises.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. A minimum fee of $250 will be imposed if not adhered to. The Lodge and Tower at Turning Stone are a 100% Non-Smoking property.

Early Check-Out Charges
No charge if property is informed no later than 11:00am on day guest is departing. After 11:00am late check-out charges would apply.

Valid ID and Credit Card deposit required at check-in. Payment required at time of check-in. New Year's Eve stays require prepayment of entire stay without change, cancellation, or refunds.

Payment for any "enhance your stay" orders (such as flowers or food) will be processed using the credit card on file. If an order is received within 30 days of arrival, the payment will be processed immediately. If an order is placed more than 30 days in advance, the credit card on file will be charged 30 days prior to the arrival date. All enhancement items will be canceled if valid payment is not secured before check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48 Hours Prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and OIN tax. To modify or cancel a reservation booked online, click here. For reservations made using your TS Rewards number or through the call center please call 800.771.7711 to modify or cancel that reservation.
