Guest Services and Amenities **Season** The Villages is open seasonally, from May until October. Please see this year’s calendar for more details. **Site Amenities** Each paved site has full hookups that include 20/30/50 amp electric service, water, sewer and cable TV. In addition, every site has a picnic table, fire pit and open Wi-Fi network. **Shuttle Service** The shuttle is available at no extra charge to and from Turning Stone Resort Casino, as well as the Resort's golf courses. Please come to the Guest Services building for more information. For Shuttle, please call [315.361.7711](tel:+1-315-361-7711) and ask for valet. **Activities** Check out our seasonal list of weekend activities for details. **Arcade** Game room is open during office hours. Change machine is available. **Bath House** There are two bath houses with showers located in the park. See map for locations. **Cable TV** Please note there have been upgrades made to the Cable. Use the Cable TV Help Guide in the Camping Chronicle to set up Spectrum Cable and access your favorite shows. Be sure to check your settings for scanning “Cable from Wall.” You can also contact the Guests Services for assistance. **Big Rigs** We can accommodate large rigs, up to about 70 feet. **Boat Rentals** Pedal boat rentals are available at The Villages pond during office hours. Stop in the office for times and sign-up. **Fishing** On-site stocked pond. Catch and release is encouraged for great fishing in the future! **Bikes** Bring your bike for a great way to get around the park on our paved roads and bike paths. **Propane Gas** Gas refill services for tanks and RVs available. See Guest Services office for details and availability. **Pool** Scheduled to open Friday 5/23/25 and close Monday 9/1/25. **Games** Horseshoe pits, bocce ball and more. Equipment available in the Guest Services Office. **Laundromat** Coin operated washers and dryers, as well as iron, ironing board, and folding table are available in the Guest Services building. The Laundromat is open 24-hours. **Group Camping** For groups of 10 and more, inquire about our special rates. Group rates do not apply for holiday weekends. We welcome groups in May, June, September and October. Groups must be chartered and have a wagon master. **Retail Store** Visit our park store for fire wood, ice, camping gear, snacks, ice cream, toys and don’t forget your souvenirs! General Rules, Regulation and Information All guests and visitors must register at the office. Visitors are charged a $5 per car fee for their use of the facilities, which include restrooms, pools and activity programs. Visitors must register in the Guest Services Office. Please advise your visitors of the guest fee prior to arrival. If you would like to pay in advance for your visitors, you may do so at the office. Guest should leave by 10:00pm. **Check-Out Time:** 11:00am **Check-In Time:** 1:00pm No early check-ins. Cancellation Policy, 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. Cancellation fee, one night stay plus tax. Holiday Cancellation Policy, 7 days prior to day of arrival. Cancellation fee, forfeit of deposit. No buddy sites. **Quiet hours:** 11:00pm – 8:00am Campfires or cooking fires in existing fire pits only. Do not move fire rings. Please extinguish fire before leaving site. No RV, trailer or car washing. No clothes lines please. No tent camping allowed. No fireworks allowed. Sewage or gray matter must not be dumped on ground. Sites must be cleaned before leaving. Speed limit under 10mph – for the safety of the children – is strictly enforced. Must display site and vehicle pass at all times; 2 vehicles/site. Vandalism will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate eviction with no refund of monies paid. Bicycles – Children under 16 years of age must wear a helmet while riding a bicycle. Bicycle riding after sun set is permitted only if the bike has a front light and rear reflectors. One person allowed on a scooter at a time. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at all times. Dogs and other pets – No pets allowed in the bath house or service buildings. Dogs must be on a short leash at all times. Pets must not be left alone at the campsite at any time. A continuously barking dog will not be tolerated. Owners must clean up after their pets. Pets are prohibited from using pools and ponds. Visitors may not bring any pets into campgrounds. Pets must have owner I.D. and rabies tags. Vehicles – Gas-powered 3- and 4- wheeled ATVs, non-registered mopeds and scooters are not allowed. Underage children on golf carts must be accompanied by an adult. Golf carts may only be operated on paved surfaces, and owners must provide proof of insurance. Electric vehicles (EVs) must obey all traffic signs, speed limits and be courteous to fellow campers. EV charging stations are only located at Turning Stone Resort Casino. Please do not charge EVs at RV sites. Site requests – we welcome site requests; however, we cannot guarantee specific site. We reserve the right to substitute campsites. Pools – Swim in designated swimming areas only. No life guard on duty and children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. No glass, alcoholic beverages or food allowed in pool area. Daily pool hours are posted. Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. No passes will be issued to the casino pool. Other information – The Villages at Turning Stone are not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, utility failure or improper accommodations. Additional parking is available. We don’t recommend walking the trails after dark. Board walks may be slippery when wet. When renting pedal boats, all boaters must wear life vests at all times. No horse-play on boats, no bumping into other boats. Boats are issued from the office. Please obey all posted rules. Membership Rates 10% Discount for AAA, SAMS, FMCA. 15% discount for Escapee members, weekly. All rates are subject to 13.75% tax. Holiday and special event weekends are subject to a surchage rate. Three night minimum stay on holiday weekends. Two night minimum stay on weekends for July and August. All sites are full hook ups with water, sewer, 20/30/50 amp and cable. Wireless Internet available for most areas of the park. Discounts: Please have discount card ready and available at time of check-in.
