Welcome to Áhsi’ Wellness by Rome Health. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, appointments, treatment packages, memberships, website, and communications. By scheduling an appointment, purchasing services or packages, or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1\. Appointments

- **Scheduling:** Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. A valid payment method may be required to secure your appointment.
- **Arrival Policy:** Clients are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary forms and prepare for services.
- **Late Arrivals:** Late arrivals will result in a shortened session to avoid delays for other clients. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be required to reschedule and will be subject to cancellation fees.
- **Medical Information:** Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to receiving services. Áhsi’ Wellness reserves the right to refuse services if a treatment is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

2\. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

- **Cancellation Notice:** We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- **Late Cancellations:** Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. For neurotoxin appointments, cancellation fee is $200
- **No-Show Policy:** Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice ("no-show”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. For neurotoxin appointments, no show fee is $40.
- **Repeated Cancellations:** Repeated late cancellations or no-shows will require prepayment for future appointments or result in refusal of future bookings.

3\. Treatment Packages and Memberships

- **Package Expiration:** Unless otherwise stated in writing, treatment packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
- **Non-Transferability:** Packages and memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual purchaser.
- **Refund Policy:** All treatment, package and membership sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for partially used packages, unused sessions, or missed appointments.
- **Medical Restrictions:** Certain services may require medical clearance. Áhsi’ Wellness reserves the right to modify or discontinue services based on medical necessity or safety concerns.
- **Membership Billing:** Memberships, if applicable, will renew automatically monthly unless canceled in accordance with membership terms. Clients authorize Áhsi’ Wellness to charge the payment method on file for recurring membership fees.
- **Membership Cancellation:** Membership cancellations require written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds will be provided.

4\. Payments

- **Accepted Payments:** We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and other approved payment methods.
- **Pricing:** Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional pricing and discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Stacking promotions is not permitted.
- **Outstanding Balances:** Clients are responsible for all outstanding balances. Áhsi’ Wellness reserves the right to deny future services until balances are paid.

5\. Gift Cards and Promotions

- **Gift Cards:** Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
- **Promotions:** Promotional offers may have expiration dates and restrictions. Áhsi’ Wellness reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

6\. Health and Safety

Clients agree to follow all health, safety, and facility policies while on the premises.

Clients should not attend appointments if experiencing symptoms of contagious illness, including fever, vomiting, or other communicable conditions.

Áhsi’ Wellness reserves the right to reschedule appointments if illness or safety concerns arise.

7\. Privacy

Áhsi’ Wellness respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Rome Health policies. Medical and personal information will only be used for treatment, scheduling, billing, and operational purposes.

8\. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Áhsi’ Wellness by Rome Health shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, treatments, products, or facilities.

Clients voluntarily participate in wellness services and acknowledge that results may vary by individual.

9\. Right to Refuse Service

Áhsi’ Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, harassment, noncompliance with policies, or medical contraindications.

10\. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Áhsi’ Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted online or made available upon request.

By scheduling services or purchasing packages or memberships, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
