Celebrating Our Employees

While other employers around the country celebrated National Employee Appreciation Day on March 4, we have turned the entire month of March into Employee Appreciation Month at Turning Stone Resort Casino, and we’re pulling out all the stops to let our people know we are glad they’re here.

For us, this move was an easy decision, since our employees are at the core of everything we do.

Ray Halbritter, CEO of Oneida Nation Enterprises, recognized that our employees are one of the main reasons guests return, and noted they are integral to the overall experience at Turning Stone.

“This month is a special moment to immerse ourselves in a sense of gratitude for what we have built together and what we will continue building in the years ahead,” said Mr. Halbritter. “You have all helped make this possible, and your continued commitment to each other and to our community is guaranteeing a bright future for this region.”

We have a number of events and surprises for our employees that will last the entire month, and guests can participate in recognizing employees too.

All year long we hear from guests about how our employees make the experiences of playing, dining, staying and golfing at Turning Stone second to none. Now, during this extended Employee Appreciation Month, we encourage guests to let our employees hear and feel this gratitude directly.

If you have a favorite dealer or server, let them know. If you experience our employees going out of their way to create a good memory, pay them thanks. Even if you just like a team member’s earrings, sing it loud.

We encourage all guests to wish our employees a Happy Employee Appreciation Month–doing so will extend and amplify the celebration and truly empower our people to feel the love.

As Mr. Halbritter noted, we know guests appreciate our employees as much as we do, and for that, we’re always grateful.
