Casino Update: Membership Has its Privileges
As you read this, two Upstate New York residents and regular Turning Stone Resort Casino guests are whooping it up in Las Vegas, celebrating with family and tying the knot in a fun marriage ceremony at Caesars Palace.
We like to think of their trip as a wedding present from Turning Stone and our Rewards program.
The couple built their entire event around a benefit they received through their membership in TS Rewards. Due in part to our partnership with Caesars Entertainment, our loyalty program helped pull all of the logistics together for their big day.
Steve Mahler, vice president of casino marketing, said this couple’s experience is exceptional but representative of high-end perks guests can get when they sign up for TS Rewards. VIP members also can score free cruises on Norwegian Cruise Lines.
More general benefits include coupon offers, entries in monthly promotions, and invitations to members-only events.
“Other casinos are slashing perks in their rewards programs, but ours is going strong,” Steve said.
Perhaps the most popular benefit of the TS Rewards program is that players earn non-gaming points at every Oneida Nation Enterprises business they frequent—casinos, spas, restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores, and more. That means players can also use the points at any of these businesses, netting significant discounts on everything from gas to food and show tickets.

TS Rewards members also can link their account to their Caesars Rewards account and exchange points from one program to use in another. The entities have worked out a tier-matching program, which can come in handy during vacation season, since Caesars has 55 properties across the country.
