Children are allowed in both The Event Center and The Showroom unless otherwise noted. Shows that feature exotic dancing, as well as most comedy shows, are restricted to 18 years and over. In most instances, the price of the child's ticket is the same as an adult. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the gaming floor.

General Seating: Free, onsite parking is available in several lots and the multistory parking garage. There is a shuttle provided for lots farther out. Valet parking is complimentary for overnight guests of The Tower, The Hotel and The Lodge and available for day guests for $6 at The Tower, The Hotel and The Lodge entrances.

Accessible Seating & Limited Mobility
The Event Center: Park on level 2 of the parking garage and enter through the Main Entrance by the Tree of Peace OR, for valet parking, enter at The Tower lobby and use the elevator by the fireplace to come up to the 2nd level by the Tree of Peace.

The Showroom: Park on level 2 of the parking garage and use the elevator or escalator by the Tree of Peace to the 1st level. From the 1st level, follow the signs to The Showroom. OR, for valet parking, enter at The Tower lobby and follow the signs to The Showroom.

To access your accessible seats quickly and easily, kindly enter through the Main Entrance by the Tree of Peace. Park on level 2 of the parking garage and enter through the Main Entrance by the Tree of Peace OR, for valet parking, enter at The Tower lobby and use the elevator by the fireplace to come up to the 2nd level by the Tree of Peace.

To better accommodate your seating needs, accessible seating can be purchased online or at The Box Office. Turning Stone Resort Casino is available to help plan your visit.

The Event Center:  Please enter via the first floor of the Conference Center for ticketing and entry. The  Conference Center is located near The Showroom. Arriving early is recommended to allow extra time to go through our security checkpoint, ticket scanning, as well as accommodate any additional entry procedures the show may require.

Doors to the Conference Center will be open two (2) hours before showtime for all performances at The Event Center and one (1) hour before those in The Showroom. Accessible Seating and Limited Mobility entrance doors in the Rotunda near the Tree of Peace and The Upstate Tavern will open (90) minutes before showtime for all performances at The Event Center.

Casino VIPs, Oneida Indian Nation Members who have their red ID badges and those with accessible seats and limited mobility can enter via an Express Lane in the Rotunda near The Upstate Tavern.

Ticketmaster's SafeTix - Your Phone is Your Ticket

Starting August 12, 2022, all Ticketmaster tickets for The Event Center and The Showroom will be converted into a SafeTix format. SafeTix is the latest technology that will allow you to simply tap your mobile device on one of our readers, making entry even faster.

As you get ready for your show, have the Ticketmaster App downloaded or the tickets downloaded into your device Wallet. Screenshots or print-at-home tickets will not be accepted – your phone is your ticket!
