What can my group do when they are not in session?
Turning Stone is a tourist attraction in Upstate New York and is a destination all its own. Turning Stone has two 9-hole and three championship 18-hole golf courses. Two spas, 20+ onsite dining options, Tower Fitness Center, four nightlife venues, world-class entertainment and more.
Do I need to wear a face covering?
Face coverings are no longer required for guests and employees, regardless of vaccination status. Face coverings may be worn at each guest's and employee's discretion. We will closely monitor the regional spread of COVID-19 and recommendations for health and safety precautions.
If one of our attendees begins feeling ill onsite, how do you handle that?
We have EMTs on-site 24/7.
Do attendees have to cross the gaming floor to get to meetings, hotel rooms or dining?
No, the gaming floor is not the primary experience. Dining and meeting spaces are conveniently located around the perimeter of the resort.
Is smoking allowed?
Turning Stone has allowed guests regardless of vaccination status to resume smoking in Casino Blu. Golden Dragon will be smoke-free until further notice. Outside of Casino Blu, guests wishing to smoke may visit designated outdoor smoking areas.

Please arrive no earlier than 1 hour prior to your scheduled spa service to check-in, shower, and change into spa attire. To ensure that all guests receive their full treatment, late arrivals will end at the scheduled time.
What do I wear for my spa service?
Complimentary use of our luxurious spa robes, slippers and lockers are provided for all spa treatment guests. Our staff is professionally trained in proper draping, designed to ensure modesty and comfort throughout the service for guests who prefer to fully undress for treatments. However, if you are more comfortable, you may wear undergarments for your treatment. The spa provides a luxurious array of personal care products for your complimentary use. Bring your bathing suit to relax in the co-ed mineral pool.

We require 8 hours notice to cancel appointments. The full value of the service will be charged for cancellations made with less than 8 hours notice. No-show appointments will be charged the full value of the service.
