Are there age restrictions for entering Exit 33?
Guests under 21 are welcome to enjoy dinner at Tin Rooster during dinner hours. Adults 18 or older can enjoy NY Rec & Social Club. For all other venues, you must be 21 or older to enter.
What forms of ID are accepted?
We accept valid government-issued photo IDs like the following:
   -State-issue photo ID (such as a driver’s license)
   -Oneida Indian Nation ID with photo
   -Passport
Is there a dress code?
We encourage weekend chic attire. We want you to look and feel your best! Sleep attire not permitted.
How do I purchase tickets to events at Exit 33?
Advanced tickets are available through this website and you can also get tickets at the door as long as we haven’t reached capacity for an event.
What items are not allowed inside the bars at Exit 33?
The following items are prohibited from all Exit 33 venues:
   -Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and other smoking paraphernalia except in our designated smoking areas
   -Portable coolers 
   -Laser pointers
   -Signs, posters, and flyers
   -Professional cameras
   -Audio and video recording devices
   -Weapons or objects that appear to be weapons
   -Outside food and beverages 
If I can’t make it to a show, can I get a refund?
All sales for events and shows purchased through URVenue are final and nonrefundable.
Can I visit the other venues at Exit 33 after a show?
No need to rush out after the show — stop by any of our venues for a full night of drinks, entertainment, and fun. You can access expedited re-entry through Tin Rooster Honky Tonk and The Gig
How can I access my tickets?
URVenue is our ticket provider. You should have received an email from URVenue with your ticket confirmation and a link to your tickets. You can also look up your tickets at https://booketing.com/reservation using your confirmation number or name and the last four digits of the credit card number used to purchase.

Can I host a private event or reserve a VIP experience at Exit 33?
Our venues at Exit 33 are available to host your bachelorette party, corporate gathering, private event, and more. Please contact us at nightlife@turningstone.com and our dedicated nightlife team will help you plan everything.
Do the venues at Exit 33 serve food?
All venues offer pizza in addition to their selection of beers, liquor, and mixed drinks. Additionally, NY Rec & Social Club serves a full menu all day, and Tin Rooster Honky Tonk serves dinner until 9:00pm and pizza after.
Are the venues at Exit 33 accessible?
All venues at Exit 33 are accessible for people with disabilities and limited mobility.
Where can I park?
We have multiple free parking lots available for guests, including a lot next to the Exit 33 entrance.
