June welcomes Grammy artist Rick Springfield to Central New York

The Turning Stone Event Center's summer concert 2022 series kicks off with Grammy award-winning singer and songwriter Rick Springfield. The Australian-born superstar has been playing guitar since he was 13, and this summer will be kicking off his 40th-anniversary tour of his first U.S. Top 10 album, Working Class Dog. Rick Springfield tickets are on sale now for June 24.

July Brings legendary comic Jeff Dunham and his suitcase full of friends

In July, Turning Stone's Event Center welcomes Jeff Dunham. Performing to sold-out concert halls around the world, "America's favorite comedian" got his first toy ventriloquist dummy for Christmas when he was only nine years old. With nine record-breaking comedy specials behind his back and performances in more than 20 countries, acts like these are where the Event Center shines. Jeff Dunhman's July 9 performance is sold out. August goes big - way big - with Little Big Town, Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias and Daughtry

August brings a trifecta of top-tier entertainment, starting with another comedic legend, Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias. Iglesias holds bragging rights as one of the most-watched comedians on YouTube with nearly a billion views (yes "b" as in boy, that's a lot of laughs) and more than 25 million fans across social media. Catch him on August 5.

Our country concerts for 2022 include Little Big Town on The Band Wagon Tour on August 6. These hot artists are going to need a bigger mantle for all the awards they keep collecting, including their Grammy, the Academy of Country Music (ACM), the Country Music Association (CMA) and American Music Awards (AMA).

The Event Center's August lineup wraps with American Rock Band, Daughtry. From a finalist on Season 5 of American Idol, Chris Daughtry and his namesake band laid claim to the fastest-selling debut album in Neilson SoundScan history, rocketing sales of more than a million copies within just five weeks of its release. Their August 25 concert at Turning Stone's Event Center is the one fans have been waiting for. Get your Daughtry tickets today.

Turning Stone Showroom Events | Summer 2022

Cover bands, rock legends and comedians are ready to take the stage this summer

Stand-up comedians, rock-n-roll legends and some of the country's best cover bands are filling the playbill for Upstate NY concerts this summer. Sporting a recent multi-million-dollar renovation, the 650-seat Showroom at Turning Stone is an intimate venue, extensively remodeled in 2021 to bring an elevated experience to both our guests and artists. A state-of-the-art sound system, direct sightlines, luxurious seats and a full-service atrium bar make this one of the nicest concert venues in CNY.

Kicking off the summer concerts at The Showroom is rock superstar Tommy DeCarlo, the singer of the legendary band, Boston, on June 18. Comedian Rodney Carrington brings his side-splitting show to the stage on June 24. Then get ready for cover-mania with acts you have to see to believe they aren't the originals, including:

  • June 25 | Living on a Bad Name Bon Jovi Tribute Band
  • Jul 3 | Forever Seger - The Silver Bullet Experience
  • July 15 | Meetloaf - The Ultimate Meatloaf Tribute Band
  • July 29 | Abbamaina

August keeps the energy ignited with comedian Colin Quinn: The Last Best Hope Tour on August 4. Quinn burst onto the comic scene on MTV's Remote Control and then rose to comic stardom as a cast member of Saturday Night Live as the news anchor on SNL's Weekend Update. Quinn also participated in a USO Tour of American military bases around the world during the Iraq War to entertain our troops. (Veterans, ask about Turning Stone's Salute to Service TS Rewards Card, which unlocks exclusive promotions, offers and Military discounts to those who have served our country.) Honored by peers like Jerry Seinfeld and Tina Fey as the quintessential "comic's comic," this native New Yorker is bringing it home for comedy fans this summer.

Any KISS fans in the house? Catch KISS co-founder and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Ace Frehley Live on August 12. Catch the music of legendary artists such as Tina Turner, Cher, Pat Benatar and Whitney Houston during the two-night Legends in Concert event on August 20 and 21. The Texas Tenors take the stage on August 26, followed by Hotel California: The Original Eagles Tribute Band on September 4. Lastly, Candlebox will wrap up the summer Showroom series on September 8.
