### Turning Stone to Celebrate New Flavors of the Season with an Exclusive Spring Wine Dinner at Wildflowers Restaurant

*Turning Stone’s Forbes Four-Star Award-winning restaurant Wildflowers will host an exclusive five-course wine dinner to celebrate the flavors of spring with a delicious selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts for the new season.*

**Thursday, April 12 at 6:00 p.m.**

Although the Central New York temperatures still feel like winter, it’s springtime at Turning Stone. The resort’s Forbes Four Star Award-winning restaurant, Wildflowers, will be hosting a five-course “Spring Wine Dinner” on Thursday, April 12 at 6:00 p.m. with appetizers, entrees and dessert made with seasonal ingredients and flavors of spring, including strawberries, radishes, lingonberries, watermelon, wild mushrooms and more.

Each course of the five-course dining experience will be exquisitely paired with wines from around the world. The “Spring Wine Dinner” menu includes: Strawberry and Radish Salad with Watermelon and Lime Radishes, Strawberries, Brown Butter Almond Crumble, Goat Cheese and Frisée, served with Luc Belaire Rose Sparkling Wine; Crescent Farms Duck Breast with Parsnip Purée, Pancetta, Swiss Chard, Wild Mushrooms, Lingonberries, Charred Pearl Onions, served with Clos du Bois Pinot Noir, plus two other courses before concluding with a dessert of Warm Macadamia Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream & Salted Carmel Sauce paired with Inniskillin Ice Wine.

The exclusive “Spring Wine Dinner” event at Wildflowers is $120 per person and with limited seats available, reservations are required by calling 315.361.8620.
