Oneida Indian Nation Homelands (August 15, 2025) For the tenth consecutive year, Turning Stone Resort Casino has been named the #1 Overall Best Gaming Resort in New York by Casino Player Magazine, a leading authority in gaming and hospitality. The resort earned 13 total first-place wins in this year’s awards and a sweeping 31 awards total, more than any other resort or casino in the state.

Scheduled to open in 2027, the Turning Stone Evolution represents the Oneida Indian Nation’s largest investment into the resort in two decades. This massive project will create The Grand Expo, doubling the resort’s event and conference areas and introduce The Crescent Hotel, a new 258-room hotel and home to Salt Seafood & Raw Bar, a new fine dining restaurant from Turning Stone’s award-winning culinary team. The evolution will also include a new parking garage to double indoor parking capacity.
When complete, the $370 million evolution will make Turning Stone the largest conference destination in Upstate New York and one of just three venues of similar size and caliber in the entire state.
