Meet Chef Wei-Sen Liang. In addition to being head chef at our Peach Blossom restaurant, Wei-Sen is an award-winning ice sculptor. He attended the World Ice Art Championships in Alaska, twice winning first place honors. Chef Wie-Sen now uses that skill to craft beautiful, bold ice sculptures for numerous events at Turning Stone, especially weddings. Imagine birds, hearts, stars, flowers and more.
