Meet Chef Wei-Sen Liang. In addition to being head chef at our Peach Blossom restaurant, Wei-Sen is an award-winning ice sculptor. He attended the World Ice Art Championships in Alaska, twice winning first place honors. Chef Wie-Sen now uses that skill to craft beautiful, bold ice sculptures for numerous events at Turning Stone, especially weddings. Imagine birds, hearts, stars, flowers and more. Whatever theme your special day takes, a dramatic, selfie-worthy ice sculpture will make it unforgettable.
