Culinary Tour of Italy | Italian Station

Italian food is one of the best-loved cuisines in the world – and for good reason. Some of the world’s most beloved flavors were born in the kitchens of villages across Italy’s 20 distinct districts, each with its own signature dishes, styles and flavors. This artisan market takes your taste buds on a tour d’italia including wood-fired pizzas, scratch-made pasta with hearty sauces, aged cheese, cured meats and more.

Seafood | Sustainable Seafood Station

When the fishing boats set out to sea in the early morning hours, their catches vary day to day, season to season. That’s the beauty of fresh seafood, that it’s truly a celebration of the bounty of the sea. Our sustainable seafood is sourced from regional fisheries in Boston and Canada based on what’s available, meaning there’s always something exciting to explore on this artisan menu. Fish fry will also be served.

Flavors of Asia | Chinese, Thai, Japanese and Vietnamese Station

The flavors of Asian cuisine are as diverse as its many ancient cultures. Across Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia and Hong Kong, you’ll find flavors influenced by the Spice Route, the old Maritime Silk Roads where the sharing of spices and other goods dates back more than 4000 years. As their unique flavors and dishes inspired by them made their way to the western world, they became some of our favorite cuisines. Find your favorites here, along with some fresh takes on the classic dishes as well as a Dim Sum station.

Comfort | American Station

If you’re hungry for a hearty meal to fuel the fun all day long, this market is a meat-lover’s favorite. Our carving station changes daily, featuring roast beef, turkey, brisket, pork and more. Pair yours with some classic homemade sides like sweet potatoes, fresh green beans, creamy mashed potatoes and more.

The Grill & American Classics | American Station and Burger Bar

If you’ve brought an appetite, head to a market that would remind you of grandma’s kitchen. This is feel-good food, updated by our award-winning culinary team to be anything but ordinary. Chicken pot pie. Meatloaf. Fried chicken. Hearty American-style casseroles. Plus, burgers, Hofmann’s hot dogs, Philly Cheesesteaks and more. Come hungry.

Taco Bar | Mexican Station

Every day is taco day at this popular taco shop here in the heart of Central New York. From the Baja Peninsula to the street food of Mexico City, tacos are both traditional and playful, always inviting a fresh twist on the classics – something our chefs can’t resist. Find traditional toppings and contemporary twists at this market-fresh taco bar.

The Bakery | Bakery, Pastry Shop & Ice Cream Bar

Follow the irresistible scent of fresh baked bread and it will lead you to The Bakery at 7 Kitchens. This artisan market serves a variety of breads, rolls, pies, pastries, cakes and oven-fresh delights made from scratch daily by Turning Stone’s award-winning pastry team. You’ll also find an ice cream and gelato counter with seasonal flavors and traditional favorites.
