Turning Stone Resort Casino, YBR Casino & Sports Book, Point Place Casino and The Lake House at Sylvan Beach are officially open for gaming, dining + so much more.
Our Phase 1 reopening of New York’s Most Awarded Resort Casino has many protocols in place designed to create both a fun and responsible experience.
As outlined in the “Safer Together” plan, the Oneida Indian Nation is introducing a wide range of added health measures. Key examples include:
The Oneida Indian Nation will be adopting the same policy as New York State in regards to the purchasing of alcoholic beverages in all of our venues at Turning Stone Resort Casino, YBR Casino & Sports Book, Point Place Casino and The Lake House.
All guests ordering alcoholic beverages at any Oneida Nation Enterprise venue must also purchase an accompanying food item with the initial drink(s).
Guests are not required to continue ordering food in order to receive additional drinks after the first purchase. Parties may share an appropriate food item with their group while purchasing.
We have adopted the same public health metric that has guided New York State to restrict access to guests that come from a state that has experienced a seven-day rolling average of positive tests in excess of 10%, or positive cases exceeding 10 per 100,000 residents.
Mandatory face coverings for employees, guests, vendors and the public.
Turning Stone will require 100% face coverings on all the gaming floors. Because of this, smoking will be temporarily prohibited at Casino Blu and The Bingo Hall until such time as public health experts advise us that the need for face coverings to combat the virus has subsided.
Gloves required for all employees who are working in direct contact with guests, including in all restaurants, at registration desks and on the gaming floors.
There will be no shows/concerts in our Showroom or Event Center until mass gatherings can be offered without undue risk.
All restaurants and bars will have at least 6 feet of separation between tables. Buffets or other self-service food options will remain closed, and there will be no self-service food in any of our players’ lounges or banquet rooms
There will be enhanced cleaning across all enterprises.
