Updated Screening Policies

The Oneida Indian Nation has updated its screening policies to ensure safety for both visiting guests and employees at all gaming facilities, including Turning Stone Resort Casino, YBR Casino & Sports Book, Point Place Casino, and The Lake House at Sylvan Beach.

What You'll Need to Bring:

Upon arrival at any of the Nation’s gaming facilities:

Form of ID

An acceptable form of ID to include a valid NY or other State’s ID card with current address to gain access to the resort or casino.

We are reopening venues on a rolling and selective basis in ways that reflect directives from public health experts. We are all eager to resume operations, but because of our commitment to health and safety, not all venues will reopen at exactly the same time. The following venues are not open at this time:

  • Season’s Harvest
  • Bar Blu
  • Delta Cafe
  • Retail Corridor (Oneida Sky, Smokin’, WindFall, and the arcade)
  • Exit 33
  • All pools (Tower Fitness, Hotel, Lodge, and RV Park)

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS

The Oneida Indian Nation is adopting the same metric adopted by New York State to limit the virus from coming to our region. Guests cannot access Oneida Nation Enterprises gaming properties if they come from a state or country that has a seven-day rolling average of positive tests in excess of 10%, or positive cases exceeding 10 per 100,000 residents.

Guest are required to have a valid NYS or Approved Travel State’s ID card with current address to gain access to the resort or casino.
