Updated Screening Policies for ONE Properties

Effective Friday, November 6, 2020: The Oneida Indian Nation has updated its screening policies to ensure maximum safety for both visiting guests and employees at all gaming facilities, including Turning Stone Resort Casino, YBR Casino & Sports Book, Point Place Casino, and The Lake House at Sylvan Beach. These updated screening policies are aligned with the State of New York and its ongoing efforts to limit community spread of the virus.

Out-of-State Guests

Guests arriving from any state other than New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Vermont and Massachusetts may enter Nation gaming facilities after completing the following:

Quarantining for three (3) days after arrival in New York State, at a location other than Turning Stone Resort Casino or Nation properties

Obtaining a negative COVID-19 test (PCR, RNA or antigen test) on or after day four (4) of their arrival

What You'll Need to Bring:

Upon arrival at any of the Nation’s gaming facilities:

Form of ID

An acceptable form of ID

Date of Arrival

Proof of date of arrival in New York State (e.g., travel itineraries, hotel folios, etc.)

COVID Test

Copy of your negative COVID-19 test results

Oneida Nation Enterprises’ Chief Operating Officer or Director of Security will review and approve all documents provided by guests to establish compliance with new screening policies.

If a guest is unable to provide the required negative test result, the guest will need to wait at least ten (10) days prior to arriving at a Nation gaming facility.

Guests from New York State or Border States (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Vermont and Massachusetts)

Guests from New York State (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Vermont and Massachusetts) are not subject to the above requirements.

In an effort to avoid congregation in bar service situations, drinks must be accompanied by food purchase at all our restaurants and bars.

We are reopening venues on a rolling and selective basis in ways that reflect directives from public health experts. We are all eager to resume operations, but because of our commitment to health and safety, not all venues will reopen at exactly the same time. The following venues are not open at this time:

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS

The Oneida Indian Nation is adopting the same metric adopted by New York State to limit the virus from coming to our region. Guests cannot access Oneida Nation Enterprises gaming properties if they come from a state or country that has a seven-day rolling average of positive tests in excess of 10%, or positive cases exceeding 10 per 100,000 residents.

Guest are required to have a valid NYS or Approved Travel State’s ID card with current address to gain access to the resort or casino.
