Health & Safety Updates for Exit 33

Turning Stone has updated its health and safety protocols for EXIT 33 including A Bar, Tin Rooster and The Gig to align with entertainment venue protocols regarding COVID-19.

Exit 33 welcomes guests 21 and up. Please note that guests who are unable to demonstrate proof of age will not be allowed entry into Exit 33.

We are reopening venues on a rolling and selective basis in ways that reflect directives from public health experts. We are all eager to resume operations, but because of our commitment to health and safety, not all venues will reopen at exactly the same time. The following venues are not open at this time:

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS

The Oneida Indian Nation is adopting the same metric adopted by New York State to limit the virus from coming to our region. Guests cannot access Oneida Nation Enterprises gaming properties if they come from a state or country that has a seven-day rolling average of positive tests in excess of 10%, or positive cases exceeding 10 per 100,000 residents.

Guest are required to have a valid NYS or Approved Travel State’s ID card with current address to gain access to the resort or casino.
